EXPERIENCE:
2006-Present Formed "A Different Agent", a company dedicated to bringing quality real estate brokerage services to consumers at much reduced fee structure and allow consumers to make informed choices on both purchases and sales.
1996-2006 Associated with large companies (RE/MAX; Carlson GMAC; Coldwell Banker) to meeting clients' goals for successful sale and/or purchase of real estate. This involves understanding the clients needs and matching those needs to the present economic environment in the most convenient and hassle free way possible.
1991-1996 DeWolfe New England (Home Office) Designed, developed, installed, and taught real estate computer technology to sales people. This included data base marketing, statistical research, summary reports, buyer analysis, demographic buyer marketing, Internet marketing, and computer generated presentations.
1976-1991 Eliot Associates, Inc. Formed and operated a residential real estate office as President and CEO. I was responsible for all phases of a twenty-five person sales center including sales promotion, customer servicing, recruiting, and training. I personally supervised over 1000 residential sales.
